RoomFact does not attach a fabricated biography, reviewer, credential, rating, or experience claim to an article. Sources are linked where a technical convention or outside claim informs the guidance, while worked examples are labeled as planning scenarios rather than customer case studies.

Higher-risk claims involving safety, law, building codes, finance, or professional practice require an appropriate qualified source or are excluded.

Readers can report a factual, formula, source, or accessibility problem through the contact page. Safety-significant errors, broken calculations, privacy exposure, and misleading commercial claims receive priority.

A material correction identifies the affected method or formula version and is tested before publication. Low-risk typographic and metadata fixes may be released without changing the reviewed date.

A calculator release checks unit conversion, default examples, minimum and maximum inputs, result boundaries, mobile controls, keyboard operation, print or download output, and the wording of caution and failure states. A result must explain what changed and what to measure next instead of presenting an unexplained score.

Formula changes require a version update and focused tests. Pages distinguish source-backed facts from RoomFact planning assumptions, and a source reference is not presented as support for a threshold the source does not establish.

A working utility is not automatically eligible for search indexing. Searchable tool pages must address a distinct user decision, include original interpretation and a worked example, and pass a rendered-content audit. Thin category, administrative, embed, and supporting utility pages remain accessible but are excluded from the sitemap.

RoomFact does not add filler to reach a word count, create pages for keywords outside its primary purpose, or publish automated summaries without review. Build checks enforce minimum depth, unique metadata, canonical URLs, valid structured data, and a single clear page heading for the deliberately small indexed collection.

Software-assisted tools may help organize a draft, check unit conversions, implement calculator code, or repeat quality-assurance tests. They are production aids, not independent authors or evidence that a room, product, or delivery route was physically tested.

The publisher makes the final publishing decision and remains responsible for checking searchable copy, calculations, source links, worked examples, cautions, and limitations. RoomFact removes unsupported claims instead of presenting generated confidence as experience.
