RoomFact is created, coded, written, and maintained by Allen Gomes, its founder and publisher. Allen is responsible for the product direction, calculator implementation, source review, editorial updates, accessibility checks, and production releases.

This byline is a statement of responsibility, not a claim to be an interior designer, mover, installer, architect, or accessibility professional. RoomFact uses qualified external sources where a technical convention depends on outside expertise and states when a result still needs retailer, delivery-team, trade, or code review.

RoomFact helps readers check furniture dimensions, room clearances, delivery openings, moving routes, project quantities, and budgets before committing money or arranging delivery.

The tools provide a useful first check, not a substitute for a retailer delivery assessment, installer, qualified trade, accessibility professional, building code, or product documentation.

RoomFact works across retailers and brands. It does not require an account, lock a plan to one product catalog, or send calculator entries to an analytics service.

At launch there are no affiliate links, sponsored rankings, paid placements, or retailer-controlled recommendations.

RoomFact separates room scale, doorway access, stair turns, elevator access, and the final delivery route into distinct checks. That structure is intentional: one optimistic score can hide the exact constraint that makes a purchase risky. The flagship tools show their assumptions, limitations, formula version, worked examples, and the next measurement to verify.

Calculations run locally in the browser. Results are written as planning evidence, not photorealistic promises. A pass means the entered dimensions support the disclosed screen; it does not mean a retailer, building manager, installer, or delivery team has approved the move.

RoomFact concentrates its searchable publication on furniture scale and delivery fit. Smaller utility calculators remain available in the tools directory, but they are not treated as editorial destinations simply because a formula can generate a page.

New search pages must answer a distinct planning question with enough original explanation to help someone measure, interpret the result, understand failure modes, and verify the decision in the real space. RoomFact does not mass-produce near-identical location or product pages.

RoomFact is currently free to use. Display advertising may be introduced only after provider approval, privacy and consent checks, and a placement review.

Advertising cannot alter calculator results, editorial conclusions, or the order of recommendations. The advertising disclosure records the rules that apply to every placement.
